Everyone at Tarleton Corinthians FC is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of former Corinthian & Club Legend John Webster

John played for the club back when we were based at The Nook Field, behind Tarleton Bowling Club

A fantastic football player who had a keen eye for a goal. John scored plenty of goals, every season in a Corinthians shirt.

He was a kind, caring man. This was evident when he kindly built the dugouts on our first team pitch free of charge. We will be forever grateful for John’s generosity.

We send our heartfelt condolences to John’s wife Joan and all of John’s family. Our thoughts and sympathy are with them all at this sad time.
